What is the Rock Life Coach
Internship & Certification Program?
Live Training & Supervision for Certification
This program will certify you as a Rock Life Coach and Deliverance Counselor. This program takes 15–24 months to finish and includes 314 hours of live training. You’ll attend weekly classes, meet with real clients, and get personal mentorship/ counseling. You’ll also grow through discipleship group, leadership training, and client supervision (see more below).

Whether you're starting fresh or already serving in ministry or counseling, this program gives you everything you need to build a Christ-centered coaching practice or enhance the impact of your current ministry or clinical work. Opportunity to get Hired and Join the Rock Life Coaching Team
This program will give you the opportunity to apply for a paid position with the Rock Life Coaching & Mentoring Team. While certification does not guarantee employment, many interns who show strong character, skill, and spiritual maturity may be invited to join our team and continue impacting lives through our ministry.

You’re a Christian who feels called to launch a meaningful career helping others through biblical truth, emotional healing, and Spirit-led wisdom—whether by starting your own life coaching business or wanting to join the Rock Life Coaching & Mentoring team.​

​You're in ministry and want to grow in your ability to counsel, disciple, and lead people through greater healing and deliverance.

You’re a licensed clinician or therapist who desires to integrate effective Christian counseling strategies into your practice.

By the end of the program, you’ll be equipped to:
✔ Effectively lead biblically grounded life coaching sessions for individuals, couples, families, and youth
✔ Apply emotional processing techniques, motivational interviewing, and biblical counseling tools
✔ Confidently walk clients through inner healing, forgiveness, and spiritual transformation
✔ Operate in deliverance ministry and spiritual warfare with clarity, authority, and discernment
✔ Develop and uphold ethical and professional standards in life coaching
✔ Guide clients through crisis situations, including connecting them to professional/community resources during suicidal ideation and high-risk moments
✔ Provide marriage, family, youth, and financial coaching through a Christ-centered lens
✔ Strengthen your own spiritual leadership and character through mentorship, discipleship, and community
✔ Use social media tools to share your testimony, reach clients, and grow your influence and platform
✔ Manage client communication, scheduling, and admin tasks using digital tools and systems
✔ Experience personal healing and breakthrough as you walk through your own transformation process

✔ Receive your official Rock Life Coaching & Deliverance Counselor Certification
✔ Feel fully equipped to start your own life coaching ministry or business
✔ Apply your training in a current church, ministry, or Biblical counseling practice
✔ Become eligible to apply for a paid position on the Rock Life Coaching & Mentoring Team
