Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

Our Cancellation Policy: A cancelled session within 24 hours of session and/or no show will be charged full price of session. If you are receiving this email reminder and you have yet to cancel or reschedule, sadly you will be charged for your missed session. Next time, please email or text us outside of the 24 hour window if you need to cancel or reschedule. To cancel with Alexander or Petra; please email contact@rocklifecoach.com. If you wish to cancel with Jared and Melissa, please email jmsantiago@rocklifecoach.com. Holiday Policy: If we do not reach out to reschedule or cancel session that lands on a Public Holiday, this means you are still scheduled for that day. If you would like to reschedule a holiday session, please reach out to your coach more than 24 hours in advance of that session starting to avoid a session charge. Friendly Reminders: Every charge will contain a Wix Website processing fee of 2.9% + .30. Please allow your Coach/Mentor up to 10 minutes to join your Zoom Session as they may be finishing up with other meetings. If you are late to your session, there is a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and you will be charged for that session. Thank you for understanding.
