We offer virtual life coach counseling services to help you achieve your emotional, mental, and spiritual goals. Although we used to be Marriage and Family Therapists, we now have a different modality of counseling now that we are life coach counselors. What sets our services apart from psychotherapy is we invite the Holy Spirit into every session. We teach you how to hear from God yourself, how to receive spiritual AND emotional healing. We not only focus on facilitating healing for the mind, we focus on whole person care. We believe that if God heals you spiritually, this will overflow into your thought life, behaviors, and emotions. We will teach you biblical coping, as well as teach you how to process past traumas with God, while deepening your relationship with Him. We take pride in being able to offer actual practical steps, not theoretical ideas. Our coaching team has their master's degrees in the school of psychology, but now choose to heavily rely on the Bible and the leading of the Holy Spirit to lead our sessions. Equipped with spiritual gifts, we will ask the Lord to bring wisdom, discernment, words of knowledge, and exhortation from the Word of God. Our team is equipped to will help you establish positive coping skills, process past pain, learn to grieve, or hold you accountable for your behavior.
